Inspired by the best produce of the season, Executive Chef Sarahjane Brown has curated a three-course fixed price a la carte menu at $145pp. Adding to the celebration, expect to see gorgeous additions and share dishes, to entice the palate.
For the wine appreciators and those wishing to honor the weekend in style, our Head Sommelier, Franck Gozé, gathers unique wines, vintages and select magnums, to be served by the glass.
