At the helm is Director of Operations, Jan McKenzie, whose unique fusion of innovation, creative flair and sound business sense has been a driving force of Cafe Sydney’s success.
Pivotal in Cafe Sydney’s story is General Manager, Todd Cummins. Todd is the familiar face whose industry passion and professional knowledge continue to impress guests and suppliers alike, and whose sense of style plays a large influence.
The most recent addition to the team is acclaimed Executive Chef James Kidman, whose years of experience with fine food has brought a new spin to a classic menu. James’ relationships with the best suppliers across the country ensures Cafe Sydney’s menu offers the freshest produce available, together with bespoke items.
