At the helm is Chief Executive Officer, Jan McKenzie, whose unique fusion of innovation, creative flair and sound business sense has been a driving force of Cafe Sydney’s success.
The most recent addition to the team is Director of Operations, Alex Bolam.
Alex joined our team in 2019 with a breadth of industry passion and professional knowledge which is a tremendous asset to guests, suppliers and our team, Alex is high energy and a dynamic individual.
Acclaimed Executive Chef Sarahjane Brown, whose years of experience with fine food continues to bring a new spin to a classic menu. Sarahjane’s relationships with the best suppliers across the country ensures Cafe Sydney’s menu offers the freshest produce available, together with bespoke items.
