We are excited to share that our friends at Archie Rose Distilling Co. are the next Sydney brand to join our Cafe Sydney Sunday – ‘Distillery in Focus’.

Founded in 2014 – Archie Rose Distilling Co. is Australia’s most highly awarded distillery. In their broad production range, Archie Rose finds continual inspiration in the quality and diversity of the crops and produce grown across Australia.

We will be showcasing the newest addition to the Archie Rose gin collection, the Emerald Finger Lime Harvest Gin, as well as the Cafe Sydney staple, Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin.

Our talented bar team have concocted delicious, refreshing cocktails perfect for a long lazy Sunday lunch. Enoy the ‘Emerald Peach Spritz’ – Archie Rose Emerald Finger Lime Gin, RinQuinQuin, pink grapefruit, lemon, strawberry shrub, prosecco or savour the citrus with the ‘Myrtle She Wrote’ – Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin, limoncello, lime, lemon, lemon myrtle.
