This season, discover Tony Albert: Not a Souvenir, a powerful exhibition by one of Australia’s most fearless and influential contemporary artists.

Bringing together sculpture, photography, painting and more, the exhibition explores the commodification and misrepresentation of Aboriginal people and culture while celebrating survival, resilience and cultural pride. Inspired by the MCA’s location at Tallawoladah and the surrounding precinct of The Rocks, Not a Souvenir offers a thought-provoking reflection on place, history and identity.
