CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

FULL TIME DEMI CHEF

As a Demi Chef, you’ll join our 50-chef brigade, working under the guidance of Executive Chef Sarahjane Brown and Co-Head Chefs Hamish Waddel and James Green.

This is a full-time role working five days per week on a rotating roster. You’ll work within a designated section, assisting with prep and service while building confidence and consistency in a high-performing brigade.

FULL TIME SOUS CHEF

As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key leadership role in our 50-chef brigade, working closely with Executive Chef Sarahjane Brown and Co-Head Chefs Hamish Waddel and James Green.

This is a full-time position working five days per week, on a rotating roster, across a kitchen that operates lunch and dinner, seven days.
