Head of Pastry, Neha Haibati, has thoughtfully balanced classic elements with inventive, contemporary twists, ensuring each dessert feels both familiar and refreshingly new. Neha has designed each dessert with carefully calibrated sweetness, allowing the unique flavours of every component to shine.
A delight to all senses, the Vanilla mascarpone mousse, pickled strawberry curd, yuzu, lemon thyme is both delicious and visually stunning. A twist on a classic, sure to satisfy, the Lamington, chocolate cremeux, berry lime compote with salted coconut ice cream is a must try!
