For a richer, more contemplative take on the classic Margarita try the Dark Margarita; with Don Julio Reposado and smoky mezcal layered with the bittersweet depth of Averna and bright citrus, while orange marmalade lends a silky finish.

Keep it light, bright and refreshing with the Velo Rouge, where Campari and Noilly Prat are lifted by a housemade strawberry and mint shrub, finished with soda for a crisp, bittersweet, aperitivo-driven spritz.

To finish off, the Cherry Ripe offers an indulgent homage to the iconic chocolate bar. Coconut fat-washed Cognac meets dark cacao, Luxardo cherry and layered bitters, delivering rich chocolate notes and luscious cherry character in every sip.
