Join us as we highlight two stellar products and congratulate their industry trailblazer producers – both with a focus on Tasmania.

Anna’s winemaking approach is ‘Keep it simple – really keep the winemaking to what is absolutely required, so that what you get in the vineyard is what you see in the glass.
2023 Aunt Alice ‘Night Sky’ Pinot Noir, Huon Valley, Tasmania
Aromatic nose of red berries, bloody orange amaro with earthy, forest floor aromas. Slight grippy tannins on the palate with a touch of spice. A medium bodied, dry style of pinot noir.
Alice Davidson launched Aunt Alice from her home on the Limestone Coast in 2016, however since 2022 her attention has turned to Tasmania. Finalist of the ‘Young Gun Winemaker’ of the year 2024. With a focus on pinot noir and chardonnay, Davidson’s wines don’t adhere to any trends, subtly bucking both classic and fashionable trends.
