Join us as we pay tribute to one of the world’s most iconic cocktails with playful interpretations and a well deserved spotlight on the classic.
From as far back as the early 1900’s in Florence – Italy, the Negroni has been a beloved classic. Celebrated for its perfect balance of bitterness and complexity, the combination of gin, vermouth rosso, and Campari delivers a distinct punch that ignites the palate sip after sip.

CLASSIC NEGRONI
20mL Tanqueray Gin
20mL Starlino Rosso Vermouth (or any good quality sweet vermouth such as Antica Formula)
20mL Campari
Chill short glass (Old Fashioned or Rocks Glass), build in separate vessel, adding all ingredients, top with ice and stir for 20 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted. Strain in to chilled rocks glass, garnish with orange.
WHITE PEACH NEGRONI
20mL Tanqueray Gin
20mL Suze Aperitif
20mL Rinquinquin Peach Aperitif
Chill short glass (Old Fashioned or Rocks Glass), build in separate vessel, adding all ingredients, top with ice and stir for 20 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted. Strain in to chilled rocks glass, garnish with grapefruit peel.
NATIVE NEGRONI
20mL Archie Rose Dry Gin
20mL Maidenii Sweet Vermouth
20mL Okar Bitter Aperitif
Chill short glass (Old Fashioned or Rocks Glass), build in separate vessel, adding all ingredients, top with ice and stir for 20 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted. Strain in to chilled rocks glass, garnish with orange peel.
