We’re seeking experienced section waitstaff with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an elevated à la carte setting. FULL TIME RESTAURANT DUTY MANAGER
We are looking for committed professionals with previous management experience in a high volume, a la carte restaurant.
You must be passionate about hospitality and excellent service, goals driven and thrive from a fast-paced, fun, respectful and rewarding environment; have a minimum of 2-3 years similar experience; with exceptional attention to detail.
FULL TIME COMMIS CHEF
As a Commis Chef at Cafe Sydney, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, assisting in the preparation and presentation of our dishes. Reporting to our Executive Chef Sarahjane Brown, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen while honing your culinary skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn traditional European cooking methods with a focus on modern Australian cuisine.
