(“the Website”). By accessing or purchasing from our Website, you agree to these

Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

through our Website.

3. Products and Availability

• All products are subject to availability.

• We strive to ensure accurate descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur.

• We reserve the right to make changes to the menu, pricing, or availability without

prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal.

• Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes

unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery and Pick-Up

• Delivery is available on select items and select locations within Australia. Delivery

fees apply.

• Pick-up orders can be collected from Cafe Sydney during specified hours.

• We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., traffic,

weather).6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations are permitted on goods and services up to 24 hours prior to the

recipients booking.

Please note. This excludes Cafe Sydney gift cards. See gift cards for separate

terms and conditions.

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds are not provided for if the product has been prepared. For example –

Cakes.

7. Dietary Information

• While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee

an allergen-free environment.

• Customers with food allergies or intolerances must notify us before placing an

order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Customs

House Cafe Pty Ltd or licensed to us. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited without

written consent.

9. Liability

• Customs House Cafe Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or

consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website or purchase of

products.

• Our liability is limited to the value of your purchase.
