Overwhelmed by the scale and catastrophic significance of the fires across our beautiful Australia, we honour the courageous and heroic.
In a bid to do our small part to help lift the hearts of our fellow Australians affected by the devastating bushfires, Cafe Sydney has launched an appeal to raise funds for – NSW RFS, WIRES, RED CROSS’ Disaster Relief and Recovery fund.
For all guests who dine from Wednesday 15th January to 15th February 2020 we have taken the liberty of adding a $1 donation per person to your bill. Cafe Sydney will match this donation value.
The generosity of people at a time like this is the magic required to rebuild our beautiful country, its communities, its wildlife and its spirit. We look forward to sharing our fundraising updates with you and announcing continued efforts to raise money in support of those who need it most.

This intimate setting accommodates 16 guests seated or 30 for a cocktail party. In addition, the private dining room and terrace to the glass balustrade edge can accommodate up to a maximum of 60 guests for a stand-up celebration.

Cafe Sydney’s Salted Caramel Martini:
30ml x 42 Below Vodka
15ml x Teichenne Butterscotch Schnapps
15ml x Kahlua
20ml x Salted Caramel sauce
20ml x Fresh Cream
Coat a martini glass rim with sea salt (try rubbing a thin layer of Schnapps around the rim to help the salt stick)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Briskly shake, then strain into glass
