Cafe Sydney’s Salted Caramel Martini:
30ml x 42 Below Vodka
15ml x Teichenne Butterscotch Schnapps
15ml x Kahlua
20ml x Salted Caramel sauce
20ml x Fresh Cream
Coat a martini glass rim with sea salt (try rubbing a thin layer of Schnapps around the rim to help the salt stick)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Briskly shake, then strain into glass
