The “Cosmo” became the must-have liquid accessory around the world after it became popularized by

Carrie Bradshaw on Sex and The City but it was popular in New York long before the show.

A dangerously drinkable sweet-tart concoction that became an instant hit.

Glorious Saturday lunch, how we love thee!

Our team have been extremely busy sourcing Saturday centric produce and creating spring goodness with an abundance of flavour and texture.

A menu offering a selection of dishes which are very of the season, fresh, clean and decidedly sharable. Featuring hot grilled seafood including butterflied prawns, scampi, and garfish together with whole fish. Also slow cooked lamb shoulder, premium Australian beef cuts and roast duck.

In the absolute spirit of the weekend, with a vibrant and social atmosphere, our Saturday lunch is  perfect to welcome groups of friends, sneaky lunches for two on the escape from family responsibilities and rendezvousing girlfriends enjoying a catch up of deliciousness.

 Over the years our main dining room and terrace has been a popular option for larger events including product launches, panel discussions and corporate functions. The space can be transformed to suit your own needs and can be styled to include a stage area for speakers.

Cafe Sydney’s talented chefs can design bespoke menus for both sit down and canapé style breakfast events ranging from 20 to 325 guests.

Our newly refurbished private dining room offers an intimate space for smaller groups and flows out onto the terrace perfect for treating guests to a pre-breakfast treat. The new look private dining room includes complimentary use of a television and AV for meetings and presentations and features panelled walls adding warmth and a mirror under layer ensuring that no matter where one is seated, they have a magical view of Sydney Harbour.

Under the guidance of renowned Sydney architects Collins and Turner, our private dining room has undergone a transformation making it is one of the most prized locations for a seated dinner or evening cocktail gathering with unrivalled views of Sydney Harbour.

Whether a corporate group seeking privacy or a carefree lunch with friends and family, you will be treated to an intimate space with your own highly skilled and personable waiter for the room. The sophisticated dining room flows effortlessly out to an outdoor terrace perfect for treating guests to a pre-dinner cocktail.

The new look private dining room features panelled walls adding warmth and a mirror under layer ensuring that no matter where one is seated, they have a magical view of Sydney Harbour.

This intimate setting accommodates 16 guests seated or 30 for a cocktail party. In addition, the private dining room and terrace to the glass balustrade edge can accommodate up to a maximum of 60 guests for a stand-up celebration.

Our Cafe Sydney mixologists have perfected the right balance of vodka, schnapps, kahlua, salted caramel sauce and yes, fresh cream. Try it at home too.

Cafe Sydney’s Salted Caramel Martini:
30ml x 42 Below Vodka
15ml x Teichenne Butterscotch Schnapps
15ml x Kahlua
20ml x Salted Caramel sauce
20ml x Fresh Cream

Coat a martini glass rim with sea salt (try rubbing a thin layer of Schnapps around the rim to help the salt stick)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Briskly shake, then strain into glass
Enjoy
