Saturday 26th January 2019 – Open from 12noon until late

Our full menu is available from 12 noon through to dinner, to enjoy anytime, all day.

Sunday 27 January – Open from 12noon for lunch only

Monday 28 January - Australia Day Public holiday – Dinner from 5pm

In response to your many requests, we’re delighted to open for Saturday lunch from January 2019 with our full menu now available from 12 noon through to dinner, to enjoy anytime, all day.

Our team will embrace the season and offer monthly collaborations of the latest and greatest in produce, wine and cocktails to curate an indulgent afternoon.

January will see Cafe Sydney come together with Perrier Jouët to celebrate the new year. Enjoy the sunny environment and treat yourself to Perrier Jouët Blason Rosé by the glass, the bottle, or in a custom made champagne cocktail.

THE CAFE SYDNEY SALTED CARAMEL MARTINI

As leading go to guide, Urban List said when naming our Salted Caramel Martini No 7 in its top 50 Best Cocktails “its not just Cafe Sydney’s sweeping panoramic views that make it such a popular destination….. it’s the perfect spot for a long lunch, romantic dinner or a celebratory cocktail.” But don’t wait to for a celebration to enjoy this totally decadent liquid indulgence. Our Cafe Sydney mixologists have perfected the right balance of vodka, schnapps, kahlua, salted caramel sauce and yes, fresh cream. Try it at home too.

Cafe Sydney’s Salted Caramel Martini:
30ml x 42 Below Vodka
15ml x Teichenne Butterscotch Schnapps
15ml x Kahlua
20ml x Salted Caramel sauce
20ml x Fresh Cream

Coat a martini glass rim with sea salt (try rubbing a thin layer of Schnapps around the rim to help the salt stick)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Briskly shake, then strain into glass
Enjoy
