A celebration cake is the perfect touch to ensure a memorable occasion.
Our kitchen offers a couple of bespoke cake options, all can be served with or without a candle.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
**Cafe Sydney does not accept BYO cakes.
Vanilla, raspberry, white chocolate mousse - Gluten free genoise sponge, fresh raspberry, dried raspberry, meringue, rich white chocolate ganache.
Garnish - Fresh berries, meringue, gold leaf, freeze dried raspberry nibs, edible flowers.

Milk choclate and hazelnut praline mousse, - Gluten free hazelnut dacquiose, chocolate nib, chocolate glase

We are delighted to welcome back our treasured guests to soak up the wonderful weather, indulge in delicious food and wine, and of course enjoy the view.
