WINE FOCUS
Armonia - Fresh delicate flavours of food matched with Spanish grape varietals.
Spanish grape varieties continue to grow in popularity in Australian vineyards and wineries due to the similarities we share in soil and temperature to Spain and the enduring appetite for Europena varietals.
There is a Spanish grape variety to match all food types including: dry, medium and sweet sherry styles; the light dry white of Verdelho; sublte tannins of Tempranillo and the dusty, earthy flavours of Grenache.
Cafe sydney are featuring a range of Spanish wine varieties on our wine list over the next few months.
